Located in Plouezoc’h, Brittany, this renovated 80 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests.
It features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals.
Enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, and a high chair—perfect for families with young children. Take in the sea view from this south-facing former fisherman’s house dating from 1890. The outdoor space provides a safe setting for children to play, run, or ride bikes. On-site parking is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) Bedroom 3: trundle bed (160 x 200 cm) Bed linen and towels are not provided or can be rented for an extra fee. Cleaning must be done by you or is available for an extra fee. IMPORTANT: Access to bedroom 3 upstairs is through bedroom 2. Nearby, Plouezoc’h is 3 km away, with a butcher, mini-market, bakery, and pharmacy. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the GR34 coastal path right outside, perfect for hiking.
Cyclists can enjoy the Vélomaritime that runs alongside the property. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are nearby.
The coast is ideal for shore fishing.
The house is a great base for exploring Morlaix, Roscoff, Locquirec, discovering Breton heritage like the Cairn of Barnenez and parish enclosures, exploring wild beaches such as Terenez, Port Blanc, Trégastel, Locquirec, or heading to the Monts d’Arrée for unique views like Mont-Saint-Michel de Braspart and the Huelgoat forest.

La situation de la maison avec un très beau panorama
Assez bruyant malgré cette impression de petit endroit paisible que l'on a en arrivant. Principalement à cause du (bon) restaurant à proximité

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als fünfköpfige Familie. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, unsere Vermieter standen jederzeit mit Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir können den Aufenthalt daher sehr empfehlen.

très jolie maison, bien agencée,Lieu calme pour passer des vacances reposantes. La situation est idéale pour visiter cette magnifique région de Bretagne. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande pour qui aime le coté sauvage et tranquille de la Bretagne nord loin de la foule. Jean-pierre et Claudine.
