Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 14 m² living room with TV and a pull-out sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - separated by a sliding door - A shower room with shower and washing machine - Separate WC Outside area : - Shared 30 x 9 m swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 April to 30 September from 9am to 8pm - A 15 m² balcony facing north-east to make the most of the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Saint-Tropez, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - La Bouillabaisse beach - Visit the Citadelle of Saint-Tropez - Maritime History Museum - Stroll around the Port of Saint-Tropez - Provencal market on the Place des Lices Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. - Nearest train station: Hyères or Fréjus/ Saint-Raphaël 55 minutes away (50 km) - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 1h (52 km) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest airport: Golfe de Saint-Tropez, 25 minutes by car - Fast boat taxi Other remarks : - Sheets included for one bed.
