Spacious house located 800 m from bike paths and 1 km from the sea, offering 5 bedrooms with double beds, including a living room with a sofa bed for 2 guests.
Bed linen is provided, and beds are made for your arrival.
Towels and household linen are also included.
Cleaning is not included in the rental but is mandatory and must be paid on site to your host. On the garden level: lounge/TV area with armchairs, bedroom 4 with en-suite shower room and WC, and lounge/bedroom 5 with sofa bed. Upstairs: large open kitchen leading to a bright dining/living area.
For your comfort, there are two dining tables in this space.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed, and the master bedroom features a vanity unit and shower. In total: four shower rooms and three WCs. Laundry room with washing machine. The house is near a railway line, but there is no disturbance: no trains at night and few during the day. Quiet, residential neighborhood.
Enclosed, shaded garden with parking.
