Enjoy a private, detached villa reserved exclusively for guests, with an enclosed garden—perfect for holidays with family or friends on the Charente coast.
The house has two separate levels for comfort and independence.
The lower level, with direct garden access, features three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and a dormitory with four single beds (two bunk beds), plus a shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
Each double bed has a duvet (200x200).
Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases (60x60), household linen, and towels.
To enhance your stay, three adult bikes are available (depending on previous guests’ use).
Water, electricity, gas, and winter heating are included.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Nearby: Fouras-les-Bains beaches within walking distance, boat trips to Fort Boyard, Île d’Aix and Île d’Oléron, Rochefort and the Corderie Royale, La Rochelle and its Old Port.

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréable dans cette jolie maison, décorée avec gôut et bien équipée ce qui est très appréciable. La proximité de la plage, du centre est parfaite. Il faisait doux lors de notre venue et nous n'avons pas testé le chauffage et l'isolation de la maison. Bonne communication avec Madame WALKER. Merci;

Week-end en famille avec papy et les petits enfants. Maison très propre et agréable. Avec mes petits enfants, plage à pied + superbe petit village avec un centre ville à 15 mn à pied marché commerce impeccable.
Belle vaisselle et décoration intérieur au top- Grande pièce. Les propriétaires prennent soin de leur maison, et nous nous devons de la conserver. je recommande cette location à 200%

maison bien située, à deux pas de la mère, avec un jardin clos, idéale pour des vacances en famille, nous avons aussi appréciés la petite ville de FOURAS avec ses halles et sont marché aux poissons ouvert tous les jours.
Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et très arrangeants.
