Located in Roccalumera, Sicily, a Blue Flag destination since 2021, this 46 sqm seafront holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and a living room featuring a sofa bed. The bedroom is comfortable and equipped with a wardrobe and hangers, while the modern living room offers sofas and a large window with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses.
Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom.
You will find a TV, washing machine, dryer, free Wi-Fi, and, upon request, a travel cot for children.
The private bathroom is modern and comfortable, featuring a spacious shower. Outside, there is a private covered terrace with sea and beach views, furnished with a table, chairs, a hammock, and sun loungers—the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coastal scenery. Street parking is available.
Beach towels and a sun umbrella are provided for guests.
Events are not permitted on the property. The beach is right in front of the accommodation.

Het uitzicht op zee vanaf het grote dakterras was top! En een schoon kiezelstrand met kraakhelder water voor de deur om lekker af te koelen na het zonnen. Supermarkten op loopafstand met lekkere lokale producten.
