You will have your own private room within the house, featuring a Queen-size bed, a lounge/relaxing area with a smart TV, and a private toilet and bathroom with a bath.
Shared & Outdoor Amenities:
Kitchen: Access to a full kitchen with a gas stovetop.
Outdoor Space: There is a small enclosed secluded courtyard area for your use, equipped with outdoor furniture.

Within walking distance to the train, linking Newcastle and Sydney.
A 30-minute drive to the Great Hunter Valley wineries.
We are vey easy going, and love meeting travelers from around the world.
We both enjoy travelling and enjoy sharing stories of our travels.
Guest access
We will either be at property to welcome you and to show you the property, or leave a key within the key safe and send you a combination the day of arrival.
Other things to note
Naturists are vey welcome - clothes free or optional, very private area to soak up the sun. Less than 40 mins to a "nudist" beach, Birdie Beach.

Great little cosy private are in the house. Michael and Teresa are very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast ready on the table once I woke up which was lovely to see.
Only issue was an issue with the key to unlock the front door but am sure it’s an easy fix.

Continental breakfast was very adequate. Location was a bit obscure but as it turned out very convenient to the appointment which we had the next morning.
