The property offers 6 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, spacious living areas, and spaces designed for everyone’s comfort and privacy.
Enjoy a fully equipped indoor kitchen and an outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, private TVs, a washer and dryer, a high chair, and a baby cot for families. Outside, relax in a private heated T-shaped pool (May–September) with a 20-meter lap lane and separate children’s area, a poolside solarium, and an outdoor shower.
The private garden features several lounge areas and multiple terraces. Enhance your stay with a pétanque court, trampoline, swing, billiards, ping-pong table, and a gym with private sauna and jacuzzi.
The house offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday! Parking for 6 cars is available on site.
Pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited.
Public transport is easily accessible. Close to Libourne and Saint-Émilion, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, and at the gateway to Périgord: Bergerac, Sarlat.
