Located in Vercheny, Drôme, this 52 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests.
It features 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and a living room with a BZ sofa.
Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with video-on-demand, and a washing machine. Families will find a high chair, baby bed, changing mat, as well as access to shared toys and children’s books.
Homemade jam and lavender soap add a special touch to your stay. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions after discussion with the owners. Relax on your private, uncovered terrace with mountain views, garden furniture, loungers, parasol, and a private barbecue.
The large shared park includes a children’s playground.
Two on-site parking spaces are available.
Events are not permitted on the property. Discover the beautiful Drôme valley in the heart of the Clairette de Die region, at the foot of the Vercors between Die and Crest.
Wine tourism experiences are offered, including vineyard walks starting from the property. You will stay on the first floor of a building where the owner also lives.
The accommodation is near a small railway and the RD93 road connecting Valence and Gap. Heating is provided by underfloor heating powered by a wood chip boiler. Bed linen (sheets and towels) rental and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.

L’appartement est impeccable et équipé de toutes de commodités. Equipements Neufchateau dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Très grand jardin. C’est un endroit idéal pour faire des ballades à vélo à partir d’ici.

Nous sommes venues à vercheny car c est la montagne et nous esperions avoir le calme mais il n en est rien.. A partir de 4h du matin les camions circulent et ça devient difficile de dormir.. le train passe de l autre côté du parc ,enfin de notre séjour dans la Drôme pour une même gamme de prix c est le gîte le moins bien qu on ait eu..

Excellent séjour tout confort et d'une propreté irréprochable. La proximité de restaurants et d'une supérette est très intéressante.
Nous avons apprécié le parc fermé, arboré de magnifiques arbres où les enfants peuvent s'ébattre en toute tranquillité pendant que les adultes profitent du barbecue s...
