At the foot of the famous Ars waterfall in a quiet area, this charming chalet welcomes you for a refreshing mountain getaway.
The 60 m² chalet spans two levels and has three separate rooms, two bedrooms without sloping ceilings, a spacious living area with seating around a large open fireplace, a dining area, a fitted, equipped kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, a pantry and ski storage.
Sleeping arrangements include two double beds, one single bed, a double sofa bed and a cot.
Outside, enjoy a private, fenced 300 m² garden, a terrace, garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.
All shops are nearby.
Marked hiking and trail-running routes start right from the chalet.
Nearby activities include skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, treetop adventure courses, paragliding and rail sledding.
A thermal spa with a pool, hammam and hot tub is also nearby. Bed linen and bath towels are not included but are available on site from the concierge as an optional extra.
Guests are responsible for cleaning; please leave the property clean on departure.
A cleaning service is available for an extra fee through the concierge.
Pets are welcome on request. Electricity and firewood: 100 kWh of electricity is included in the stay price.

Tout est payant (location une maison en pleine hiver mais électricité payante hors la maison est 100% electrique , cheminée mais bois payant .....)
