There is small room on the same property, it's an ensuite studio that will be available if the guests book for 6 people or it may be booked by different guests.

The guests staying at the studio do not share outdoor spaces with the main home.

The main home has access to the river, deck and bbq. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
