Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is peaceful, just 5 minutes by car from beautiful beaches and 2 minutes from the village center and shops. The single-storey house includes: - fully equipped kitchen - dining area - lounge - bathroom - three bedrooms with a 160 cm bed - one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room - one bedroom with a bunk bed, a 140 cm bed, and a 90 cm bed - laundry room Outside: - heated pool (7 x 3.5 m) open year-round - spa for 6–8 people, heated all year - terrace - parking for 2 cars - enclosed garden - trampoline Bed linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay.
