The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 66 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor (requiring a few steps to access), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, iron.
Outside:
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A second terrace located at the entrance
The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Visit Ajaccio: old town, harbour, museums, tastings, markets...
- Hiking on the Sanguinaires Islands, on the shores of Lake Tolla on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, thalassotherapy, spa, tree climbing, bowling, horse riding, pétanque, golf, go-karting, paintball, parasailing, tennis, mountain biking.
- Swimming, relaxation or water sports on the coast, boat trips, fishing, diving.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private numbered car park (1 vehicle).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- MUVIMARE sea shuttles between the Porticcio pontoon and the Tino Rossi port in Ajaccio.
- Réseau Corse Méditerranée coach to Ajaccio.
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio station, approximately 23 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport, approximately 15 minutes away by car.
