The modern, quiet heating system is in the lower living area near the kitchenette.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The city centre is a 10-minute bike ride away.
The Ilmtal cycle path is 500 metres away, and the Goethe hiking trail is 1 kilometre away.
