Located in Bourg de Visa, this 170 m² cottage accommodates up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and a living room.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, self check-in and a cot on request. Outside, relax in the private garden overlooking the lake or on the wooden terrace nestled beneath the oak trees.
The private outdoor pool (9 x 4 m) with a whirlpool is open from June (or May, depending on temperatures) to mid-September (depending on temperatures). Children will enjoy the shared playground, while adults can use the shared pool table. You can park in one of the estate's 5 shared parking spaces.
One pet is welcome for an extra fee, and smoking is allowed.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. This renovated barn combines authentic charm with modern comfort, with exposed beams and stone walls.
It is 15 minutes from Golfech, 1 hour from Rocamadour or Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, 35 minutes from Agen and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Aveyron gorges.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee, as is the cleaning service.
A daily allowance of 15 kWh is included; consumption above this is charged separately.
Firewood is available by the wheelbarrow for an extra fee.

La maison, la terrasse sont très agréables.
Une ambiguïté entretenue sur l'annonce d'une "piscine chauffée" ( j'avais questionné précisément à ce sujet). En fait, même en la faisant chauffer à un coût très très onéreux, elle ne peut monter que 1 à 2 d° (pendant notre séjour elle était à 15 -16 d° !!). Ambiguïté encore plus trompeuse pour le J...
