Located in Kerlouan, the Ty Inizi House with pool offers you 100 m² of comfortable space for up to 8 guests.
You will have 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). The house features 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
A well-equipped private kitchen opens onto the living area, which includes a pool table and table football.
Amenities include a TV, washing machine, dryer, baby cot, and a self-check-in system for your convenience. Enjoy your private garden with a large uncovered terrace, outdoor furniture, and a relaxation area.
The private heated outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off during your stay. Parking for 2 to 3 cars is available on the property, with additional options on the street.
Your pets are welcome.
Shared entertainment includes a ping-pong table, playground, toys, and books for children.
Events are not permitted on the property. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops and amenities, just 5 km from the beaches and the charming village of Meneham. Note: Pool available from April to the end of September.
