Charming apartment with Wi-Fi, terrace, and hot tub on the outskirts of Rottweil
This lovingly renovated 60 m² apartment is idyllically located on the edge of the historic town of Rottweil—right below the impressive test tower on the road towards Dietingen and close to the "Neckar Line" suspension bridge.
Enjoy the open view of greenery from your private terrace and wake up to the gentle crowing of chickens in the morning—pure country charm!
A special highlight is the hot tub on the terrace, which can be booked in advance for an extra fee—perfect for relaxing evenings under the open sky. For additional relaxation, soothing wellness massages are available in the immediate neighborhood.

Apartment amenities: • Bedroom: Cozy double bed with extra-large duvets • Living room: Flat-screen TV, pull-out sofa bed for 1 person • Bathroom: Spacious shower, double washbasin, modern fittings • Kitchen & dining area: Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a comfortable dining area The house was extensively and ecologically renovated nine years ago. All rooms have wall heating behind clay plaster, providing pleasant, natural warmth and a healthy indoor climate in winter.
Free parking is available directly at the house. Note for allergy sufferers and dog lovers: A dog lives in the upstairs apartment of this two-family house.
However, your apartment has a separate entrance, so there is no direct contact.
Stays are therefore generally suitable for allergy sufferers.
