Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious apartment in the heart of Sauerland.
With 115 m² of living space, you will enjoy peace, comfort, and a prime location in Olsberg-Bigge—ideal for families, friends, and active travelers. Living & Balcony, Garden & Nature Experience The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms plus a modern wall bed in the living area, offering space for up to 8 guests.
The open-plan living and dining area of over 35 m² is bright and inviting, with direct access to your private, covered balcony.
Enjoy stunning views of the Ruhr—perfect for relaxing or spending time together at your own gas grill.
The large garden with direct access to the Ruhr provides plenty of space to play, unwind, or cool off on warm summer days—a real nature experience right outside your door. Kitchen & Amenities The fully equipped kitchen includes both a filter coffee machine and a Senseo machine. Comfort & Extras Free parking is available right in front of the house.
A lockable bike and ski storage room is in the basement.
Public transport is within easy walking distance. Perfect location for relaxation & active holidays The apartment is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac yet central.
Cycling and hiking trails start right at your doorstep.

Het huis is simpelweg geweldig, alles is aanwezig en alles is schoon, netjes en compleet. De lokatie is perfect, er zijn veel winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, wij reizen met een EV, en er is een langzame laadpaal op amper 3 minuten lopen, en een snellaadpaal bij de ALDI (die nog nergens op de ...
De WiFi werkt prima, maar is vrij traag (2.4G ~10MB/s), geen groot probleem want 4-5G bereik is prima, badkamer kraan is verkeerd om, dus koud is warm en warm is koud, ook geen probleem zodra je dat weet. Verder alles perfect, en belangrijker, alles aanwezig!
