Located in the peaceful village of Val-de-Scie, this recently renovated 75 m² gîte welcomes up to 4 adults and 1 child (sofa bed in the living room) or 2 adults and 3 children.
It features two bedrooms, one of which is accessible for guests with reduced mobility, a living room with an extra daybed, and an adapted bathroom.
The private, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals.
Amenities include a TV, baby bed, booster seat, as well as toys and books for children.
The entrance and interior are all on one level, with no steps, making access easy for everyone. Enjoy a private garden and an open terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
A private barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.
Pets are not allowed. Parking for two vehicles is provided on the property.
Events are not permitted.
A security deposit is required. You will stay in a quiet village just 7 km from Auffay.
The train station, 7 km away, offers easy access to Rouen or Dieppe.
Nearby, you will find many activities: wildlife park, adventure course, hiking trails, pétanque court, Muchedent fishing ponds, Saint-Saëns golf course, local farms, and regional markets.

Gite neuf décoré avec goût, propreté irréprochable, excellente literie, des électroménagers qui fonctionnent très bien. Ce gite est situé dans un hameau charmant au cœur de la nature très appréciable pour ceux qui aiment la campagne mais proche à 4 kms du village d'Auffay qui possède tous les commodités.
