The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine), a bright living area with a convertible sofa, large-screen TV, dining space, a separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, electric shutters, washing machine, free WiFi, and a private parking space included within the residence.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Résidence Islette du Riou is secure, with a concierge and badge access.
You’ll enjoy a beautiful 25-meter heated pool, fully secured and open from May to late September.
