This luxury and brand new 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes walk to the popular Protaras strip, the closest beach and the vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras has to offer.
The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool.
The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels and wi-fi connection.
The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay.
You will also find one of the bathrooms with shower and WC on this floor
Upstairs, you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.
The main family bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor
This villa offers the extra luxury of a roof terrace with seating area overlooking the sea views that can be accessed from the first floor
Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one double and one twin that offer a shared veranda.
There is another bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC, a small utility area and a full sized football table.
Outside, the beautiful and sizeable garden offers a barbecue, work-top and sink area, outside shower, a generous-sized shaded dining area with seating for 10 people, an extra seating area with comfortable sofas, sunloungers and the large, private pool, ideal for those hot days lazing in the Cyprus sun.
There is also the option of pool heating for an extra daily charge of 60 Euros.

Absolutely Stunning villa !! What more can I say other than that, super clean and modern the beds are so comfortable, the pool is beautiful location is ideal not too far from strip and shops, any issues imagine villas are quick to sort out. We be a returning customer from now on. Enjoyed every minute of our holiday!!

This villa was better than I imagined. The host were accessible, and even helped arrange transportation from the airport. If I return to Protaras, I would definitely stay here again.

All of it but mainly the pool
We did for a few days have exceptionally noisy neighbours who came to life at night.
This still did not distract from having a wonderful time.
