This beautiful and modern 3 bedroom bungalow is situated in the Cape Greco area of Protaras, just a short drive to all the beaches and amenities that Protaras has to offer.
Furnished and decorated to a high standard, and with a large, private garden and pool, this villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday
As you enter the villa, you will find the modern and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the pool and garden.
The living room features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern-day appliances needed for your self-catering stay, and includes a breakfast bar with extra seating.
Leading off from the kitchen area, you will find Bedroom 1 with an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and patio doors leading to the garden and pool.
There is also an extra WC
The remaining two bedrooms can be found in the independently accessed annex by the pool area.

Firstly the Good, the Property was as per the listing, clean and tidy, I think we were the first to rent this new villa.
