Located in the historic center of Villagrande Strisaili, this charming 100 sqm holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The property features a double bedroom and two single rooms, one with a balcony overlooking the main square and a work desk.
Recently renovated, the house retains authentic traditional elements while offering modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, and dishwasher, as well as a living room with fireplace.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, baby cot, workstation, crib, and high chair. Being in the heart of the village, the squares and streets may be lively with local events in summer.
Thanks to double glazing, shutters, and blinds, the bedrooms remain comfortable.
Small bags of earplugs are available in the bedside drawers for sensitive sleepers. The interiors are arranged over several levels and lead to a panoramic terrace with 360° views of mountains, valleys, and, to the east, the sea on the horizon.
The house is ideal for families. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
The fireplace cannot be used for barbecues or cooking.
Please respect quiet hours from 00:00 to 8:00. You will have exclusive use of the entire accommodation and can return at any time.
Public street parking is available nearby, and a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles is at your disposal. The holiday home is conveniently located near supermarkets, butchers, bars, gym, tobacconist, newsstand, jewelers, pizzerias, fresh pasta shop, pharmacy, and ATM. The Town Hall is also nearby.
The Santa Barbara Forest is 3 km away, while Lake Flumendosa, Bau Mela pools, and archaeological sites are about 7 km away.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wenn mal was gefehlt hat oder wir einfach was gebraucht haben, wie z.B. einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand, dann hat Ernesto uns diesen sofort besorgt. Überhaupt hat sich Ernesto sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und war sehr fürsorglich und immer Erreichbar. Vielmeh...
Einzig alleine die abendliche Lautstarke durch die Nähe der Pizzeria war gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil wir immer schon gegen 21:30 schlafen gegangen sind. Aber auch dafür hatte Ernesto vorgesorgt und uns ausreichend Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die man auch nicht immer brauchte und meistens wurde es gegen 23:00 deutlich ruhiger. Die Pizza ist übrigens unfassbar lecker und günstig!
