In Villagrande Strisaili's historic centre, this charming 100 m² holiday home sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
It has one double and two single bedrooms, one with a desk and balcony overlooking the main square.
Recently renovated, it blends traditional features with modern comforts: a kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher, plus a living room with fireplace.
A washing machine, child's bed, workspace, cot and 2 high chairs are available. In summer, local events can enliven the village squares and streets.
Double glazing, roller shutters and shutters keep the bedrooms comfortable.
Earplugs are provided in the bedside tables for sensitive sleepers. The interiors span several levels, leading to a panoramic terrace with 360° views of mountains, valleys and, to the east, the sea on the horizon.
The house is ideal for families. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
The fireplace must not be used for barbecues or cooking.
Please observe quiet hours from midnight to 8 am. You have exclusive use of the entire property and can return at any time.
Public street parking is available nearby; a private garage is available for motorbikes and bicycles. The house is close to supermarkets, butchers, bars, a gym, tobacconist, newsagent, jewellers, pizzerias, a fresh pasta shop, pharmacy, ATM and town hall.
Santa Barbara Forest is 3 km away; Lake Flumendosa, the Bau Mela pools and archaeological sites are about 7 km away.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wenn mal was gefehlt hat oder wir einfach was gebraucht haben, wie z.B. einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand, dann hat Ernesto uns diesen sofort besorgt. Überhaupt hat sich Ernesto sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und war sehr fürsorglich und immer Erreichbar. Vielmeh...
Einzig alleine die abendliche Lautstarke durch die Nähe der Pizzeria war gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil wir immer schon gegen 21:30 schlafen gegangen sind. Aber auch dafür hatte Ernesto vorgesorgt und uns ausreichend Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die man auch nicht immer brauchte und meistens wurde es gegen 23:00 deutlich ruhiger. Die Pizza ist übrigens unfassbar lecker und günstig!
