Located in Allas Bocage, this 100 sqm vacation home sits in a converted former stable of a farmhouse, accommodating up to 5 guests.
The property spans 2 floors with 2 bedrooms featuring 1 double bed and 3 single beds, plus 1 bathroom with Italian-style shower.
You will find a fully equipped private kitchen in the large living area that opens onto your private terrace, along with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, baby bed, and highchair for families. Step outside to your private 50 sqm uncovered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private grill, all set within a beautiful tree-lined park with excellent sun exposure.
The shared garden provides additional outdoor space for relaxation. Shared parking is available at the property with designated space for bicycles and motorcycles.
One pet is welcome, though cats, dogs, and chickens are present on the property.
Events are not permitted during your stay. This 3-star rated accommodation is ideally suited for vacationers preferring countryside tranquility and families with children.
The property was completely renovated in 2012 and is located 10 km from Jonzac and 4 km from Mirambeau with easy highway access via exit 37. You must coordinate your arrival time after booking.
