We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Bus stop (“Inchicore Library”) is a 3 min walk, take any bus to go to city centre (13, G1, G2) 10 min walk to Luas This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the creek views and historic gaol.
The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable UK king-size bed, with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Well maintained apartment in a quiet building. perfect for a couple or single visitor. Very close to many Dublin tourist attractions-Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol, Musuem of Modern Art, War memorial Gardens and Pheonix Park. Good transport to city centre.

The place is great, easy to access with a lot of equipment in the kitchen. The location was perfect for me as I had business meetings near by.
