The penthouse is located in the center of Milan, between the Arco della Pace in Parco Sempione and the Tre Torri of CityLife.

The 30 m² studio offers panoramic views of the Duomo, Sforza Castle, Arco della Pace, Torre Velasca, and the financial district with the Porta Nuova skyscrapers. Recently renovated, the apartment features a spacious and bright room with a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, fully equipped open kitchen, table that doubles as a workspace, and bookcase.
The bathroom has a large shower.
The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests, includes a private balcony and shared garden area.
Additional amenities: TV, washing machine, washer-dryer, air conditioning, induction cooktop, and electric oven. The home has parquet floors, so please remove your shoes before entering.
