A bright and comfortable house of the 20's, on the coastline, fully renovated, boasting amazing views.
All rooms have seaviews. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a balcony opening onto the sea with breathtaking views.
Access to a sandy beach through a path.
The house is set between Roscoff and Perros Guirec (pink granite coast), at the entrance of the Bay of Morlaix.
Shellfishing is possible among the rocks near the beach.
The wanderers will love the Pointe de Primel and the GR34 footpath along the coastline towards Locquirec or the Bay of MOrlaix.
The right place for a nice family holiday !

Jolie maison bien équipée située en front de mer pour profiter de la station vintage Primel-Trégastel. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous guident au besoin sur les possibilités que recèlent cette agréable ville de Plougasnou et la fantastique baie de Morlaix.

Maison spacieuse, bien agencée et lumineuse. Grand jardin. Emplacement proche plage (10 mètres), idéal pour les randonneurs, cyclistes et les familles avec jeunes enfants. Site très calme. Bon accueil. Nous avons envie d'y retourner.

Wunderschönes Haus, direkt an einem tollen Strand gelegen. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und passend eingerichtet. Vor allem die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Schade finde ich nur die Begrenzung beim Stromverbrauch, die vor allem im Winter knapp werden könnte. Auch die Holzvorräte die verkauft werden, kommen mir für den Mietpreis (>2000€) sehr happig vor.
