Villa Ilusión Rincón is a spacious, bright villa for 8 guests, ideal for families and groups enjoying both the house and the Costa del Sol.
The property has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine.
Amenities include air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and TV. A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon prior request. Outdoor space and parking: private garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, two terraces, 2 indoor parking spaces, and street parking subject to availability. Booking and arrival: access is from 15:00 to 21:30. For later arrivals, please consult in advance; an additional cost may apply.
After booking, you will receive a link to complete the guest registration form, which is required by law. In-person check-in is mandatory: the main guest must be present, show ID, and sign the registration form.
You will receive the access code and the refundable deposit will be managed.
The main guest must stay for the entire visit and provide their permanent address. House rules: pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, as smoke affects furniture and curtains and incurs an additional cleaning fee; smoking is allowed outside and by the barbecue.
No parties, events, or loud gatherings.
The main guest must be at least 21 years old. Failure to comply may result in early termination of the stay.
Please care for the property and furniture, and leave everything as you found it. Do not use white towels for makeup removal; makeup wipes and a dark towel are provided. Check-out: by 11:00. Before leaving, dispose of trash, leave dishes clean, and place used sheets and towels in the center of each room. Location: 15 minutes’ walk from the beach and town center, with excellent road connections.

Roberto en zijn vrouw waren heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het huis heeft 4 ruime slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, twee terrassen en een buiten bbq.
