Located in Cugand, this fully renovated 30 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests in Fouques, just 200 meters from the Sèvre and a 20-minute walk from the Hellfest site.
You will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and quality bedding, plus a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and heated towel rail.
The living room features a sofa and TV for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, fridge, and induction cooktop for easy meal preparation.
Private Wi-Fi and self check-in via a coded key box ensure a smooth stay. The property is in a peaceful setting, ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking tranquility or a remote work spot.
The home is located at the end of a small lane.
Two free parking options are available: a public lot about 80 meters from the house and roadside parking at the village entrance, about 160 meters away.
Please do not park in the private spaces in front of the house.
