The main house features 1 bedroom with a double box spring bed and spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with indoor fireplace, balcony, TV, washing machine, dryer, and dedicated workspace.
The second bedroom is situated in a separate 30 sqm unit with its own shower, toilet, and small kitchenette, accessible only via an external staircase with no interior connection to the main house. You can enjoy your private 1400 sqm property featuring a garden, covered terrace behind the house facing the forest, balcony with lake view, and grill with outdoor fireplace.
The standalone house sits directly by the forest in a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal car traffic, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. 2 shared parking spaces with carport are available at the property.
Pets are not permitted, and events are not allowed.
Due to the separate bedroom unit accessible only by external stairs, this accommodation is not suitable for guests with very small children. The Sorpesee lake is within walking distance and visible from the house.
