Perfect for motorsport teams, drivers, technicians, and groups attending tests and races at the circuit, thanks to its large parking area for 15 vehicles and secure space for motorhomes and trailers. The villa features 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 3 bathrooms with hairdryers.
The private kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances.
Amenities include air conditioning, fans, a 65" flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a workspace.
The villa has step-free access and an accessible design for easy mobility. Outside, enjoy a private garden, heated indoor pool, football goals on grass, umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, and seating areas.
There is an outdoor shower, private barbecue, wood-burning fireplace with oven, and a climate-controlled wine cellar.
The 70 m² dining room is ideal for team meetings and celebrations. Up to 3 pets are welcome and events are allowed, provided they are communicated in advance.
For events with more than 13 people, special rates apply; a tent can be set up for an additional charge.
There is a shared playground. Restaurants with daily menus are just 50 meters away.
Oasys Mini Hollywood is 3 km away, and the town center is 2 km away. We offer meal and barbecue service for staying guests by reservation and agreement of terms.

Casa amplia y cada dormitorio con su baño, patio muy bien distribuido y cómodo, citio alejado de civilización para poder hacer ruido, todo que buscábamos encontramos en este lugar...
De dia es imposible comer fuera, había muchas moscas, pero al caer sol ya desaparecieron
