Villa Lithos is a charming two-storey stone-built residence of 75 square metres with its own private swimming pool, nestled within a peaceful complex in the serene coastal village of Psathi on the island of Ios. Thoughtfully constructed in traditional Cycladic style, where natural stone and wood are key elements, the villa blends harmoniously into its landscape while offering all modern comforts.
The upper floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and access to a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Aegean Sea. A well-designed bathroom serves this floor, offering convenience and privacy.
On the ground level, guests will find a spacious living room with two built-in sofa beds, ideal for accommodating up to two children, as well as a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, and a guest WC. Outside, the villa's generous terrace of 100 square metres offers panoramic sea views and is furnished with sunbeds, a parasol, pool cushions, and a seating area, creating an idyllic setting for sunbathing or al fresco dining.
The private garden, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, provides a tranquil environment to unwind.
Additional amenities include free WiFi, flat-screen satellite TV, air-conditioning, luxury bath products, bathrobes, slippers, towels, and linen.
Housekeeping service can be arranged upon request and private parking is available. There are no extra charges for a security deposit.
