Villa Almyra is a charming stone-built retreat nestled in the tranquil village of Psathi, offering a serene setting and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Positioned on a hillside, this beautifully restored 40 m² villa is designed in a traditional Cycladic style, where natural stone, whitewashed walls, and wooden accents blend seamlessly to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Inside, the villa features an open-plan layout comprising a built-in double bed, a cosy living area with two additional built-in sofas that can accommodate two children, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, and fridge—ideal for preparing light meals during your stay.
A fireplace enhances the relaxed charm of the interiors, making it an ideal year-round destination.
Guests will also find a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, air-conditioning, and thoughtfully provided personal care amenities including bathrobes and slippers. Step outside to the villa's expansive 100 m² private terrace, where uninterrupted views of the sea and sunrise await.
The outdoor space features a heated jacuzzi with Bluetooth speakers for an indulgent soak, as well as a furnished seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
An outdoor shower adds a practical touch after a day at the beach. Villa Almyra is part of a small complex of five independent stone villas situated on a four-acre estate in Psathi.
This complex also includes a beautifully restored chapel of St. John the Baptist and offers a peaceful setting steeped in local character.
