Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows
- EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM

- EUR 30 from 10:00 PM and 00:00.

It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

The property is located on Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, on the eastern stretch of the coast, in the Pastena-Mercatello neighborhood, about 3 km from the historic center.

It can be easily reached in about 15 minutes by public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located right outside the house.

The location is particularly strategic also for direct access to the sea, which is just a few steps from the property.


From Salerno Station, you can reach the apartment in 15 minutes by taking bus lines 5, 6, 11, 12, or 17 and getting off at the Lungomare Colombo Pastena 1 stop, just steps from the apartment.


From Salerno Airport, go to the Pagliarone bus stop, take line 8, and get off at the Della Liberta stop, about 5 minutes from the apartment.
