Located in Paimpol, Brittany, this 90 sqm stone vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find one bedroom with a double bed, while upstairs features one bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds.
The property includes a private fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, along with a TV, washing machine, and baby bed. A bathroom with toilet is located on the ground floor, with an additional toilet upstairs. Step outside to your private 200 sqm landscaped garden facing south, featuring a private uncovered terrace and grill.
The enclosed garden provides garden furniture, sun loungers, and a peaceful setting for outdoor relaxation and dining. Street parking is available on a shared basis.
Events are not allowed on the property. You are just 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from both the beach and a seawater pool.
Paimpol town center with its historic area, marina, and all shops is 800 meters away.
The coastal path GR34 is only 20 meters from your door, while the 13th century Beauport Abbey sits 900 meters away.
Bréhat Island awaits your discovery at 6 kilometers.

Très bel endroit, à 2 pas de la "base de Poulafret" : petite plage de sable sur le G34. (baignable quelle que soit la marée), aire de jeux pour enfants très bien pensée.
Maison bien conçue, très agréable à vivre. Propriétaires réactifs et disponibles.
