Die Lage.
Die Klimaanlage.
Es ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass man von einem Raum zum anderen immer übers Treppenhaus muss. Es ist eine nicht abgeschlossene Wohnung aber der oberste Stock ist für die Ferienwohnung aber eben offen zum Treppenhaus
