Located in the peaceful La Clarté district of Perros-Guirec, Brittany, this 42 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests for a relaxing stay.
You have one bedroom, a living room with comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals at your convenience.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, television, a washing machine, and, upon request, baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) for families with children. A key box is available for late arrivals. You will enjoy a private terrace and access to the enclosed shared garden, equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, and children's games.
This outdoor space is perfect for family activities or moments of relaxation. A parking space is available on site. You are ideally located less than one kilometre from Trestraou beach, the GR34 hiking trail, the water sports centre, cinema, casino, restaurants, and the Perros-Guirec thalassotherapy centre.
This accommodation is the perfect starting point to discover the beautiful Pink Granite Coast.
Beds will be made on your arrival and towels are provided.

Accueil agréable des propriétaires,réactifs à tous moments.
Ce logis est bien situé,au calme et peu distant de la plage de Trestraou.
Confort,propreté sont réunis pour un agréable séjour.

Un séjour superbe, dans une région magnifique, et un gîte au top, superbe prestation, du calme et une literie superbe, rarement vue dans un gîte et pourtant, cela fait 20 ans qu’on réserve, la concurrence, prenez en de la graine.. cerise sur le gâteau,un accueil au top d’émilie et pascal, avec à l’arrivée un panier garnie…merci pour tout.
