Just a 10-minute walk away, you will find the municipal stadium with paddle tennis, pumptrack, skatepark, and a children's playground with slides, zip line, and swings. Enjoy three private balconies offering views of the Albères mountain range and the coast, from Saint-Cyprien to Argelès. The apartment is in a quiet village house, close to the Mediterranean Sea, the Albères mountains, the Canigou massif, and Spain. You will be near amenities and local activities, with summer events on the village square.
The location offers easy access to many attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Please note that smoking and events are not allowed.
