You will find 2 bedrooms with beds arranged in a connecting layout accessible through narrow doors, and 1 bathroom.
The well-equipped private kitchen provides everything you need for meal preparation, and additional amenities include a private washing machine and step-free interior access.
A fireplace is available to complement the heating system during your stay. Step outside to enjoy your private garden and uncovered terrace, set within a spacious 1600 sqm property where the owners' house is also located.
The beautiful sandy beaches are just 500 meters away. Shared on-site parking for 1 vehicle is provided for your convenience.
Please note that events are not allowed on the property, and the bedrooms are connected in a sequential layout with narrow doorways. The property is ideally situated 500 meters from sandy beaches and 1 kilometer from the port, where you will find 2 restaurants, a small supermarket with bakery, a pizzeria, and cafes including one with live entertainment.
Local fishermen sell fresh mussels and fish at the port.
The location offers access to numerous walking trails including the GR 4, and you are 10 kilometers from Lannion and 30 kilometers from the Côte de Granit Rose.

Accueil chaleureux des hôtes et bon contact, l'indépendance du logement, une véranda lumineuse et particulièrement agréable. Chambres spacieuses. Des balades fabuleuses dans la région.
Dommage que le coin cuisine soit petit.

Petite maison très agréable proche d une petite plage et du port. Tout est présent pour le bien etre des vacanciers. Sylvie et Jackie sont des personnes très accueillantes et fort sympathiques. Je recommande ce gite.
