Located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, this 26 m² studio accommodates up to 4 guests (2 adults + 1 or 2 children, or 3 adults) with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed featuring a quality double mattress (140 x 200 cm). Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV for a comfortable stay.
The interior is all on one level.
Step out onto your private 12 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals. A beach umbrella, two small beach chairs, and a small beach tent are available for your use. Cleaning is included.
Bed linens, bath towels, a bath mat, and dish towels are also provided. The studio is in a private seaside residence, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close to the main coastal attractions. On-site shared parking includes a private parking space.
A shared tennis court is also available for your leisure.
Please note, events are not permitted on the property. The beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops are all within a 5-minute walk (about 300 meters), allowing you to fully enjoy the seaside while easily returning to the tranquility of your accommodation.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la facilité de communication avec notre hôte, son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa prévenance. Le studio est très propre, très joli, et extrêmement bien équipé, ce qui rend le séjour d'autant plus agréable. La localisation est parfaite, avec des petits commerces à proximité...

Très propre et bien équipé, la Clim était un plus avec les fortes chaleurs. Propriétaire agréable et accueillante.
