Located in Palermo, Chalet Casa Ros is a 55 sqm holiday home situated on the slopes of Monte Pellegrino, with views of the Addaura sea. This cosy chalet can accommodate up to 3 people and features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom.
The private kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.
For families, a baby cot and high chair are available.
From the property, you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. Outside, you have a private covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking. For your convenience, a shared garage parking space is provided.
The nearest beach is about 400 metres away and beach towels are included.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a couple of nights and was ok for 2 people. Beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. There was AC that helped with the heat. We were provided with coffee for the first day, water, juice and some snacks. Everything is a short drive away ...
The WiFi was quite unstable unfortunately. Also maybe the house was closed for a bit because the towels provided were clean but smelled damp and unpleasant. Otherwise all was fine.
