The apartment offers air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, hairdryer, and workspace.
Step-free access and an elevator make moving around the building easy.
The private, uncovered 20 m² terrace is equipped with table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the lake and sea.
