Hus Jorgentorp – Secluded Holiday Home near Emmaboda
Welcome to Hus Jorgentorp, a cosy secluded holiday home near Emmaboda in the forests of southern Småland.
Guests looking for nature, privacy and a relaxing holiday with their dog will find a peaceful retreat here surrounded by forests and lakes.
Lake Löften is only around 800 metres from the house. Originally built in 1912 and most recently renovated in 2020, the Swedish holiday home offers approximately 60 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests.
There are 2 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor, you will find the cosy living area with a wood-burning stove, which creates a pleasant atmosphere especially on cooler days.
Two televisions as well as fast fibre Wi-Fi with at least 100 Mbit/s provide additional comfort during your stay. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
Facilities include a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The two sleeping areas are located upstairs.
A connecting room with a pull-out bed is particularly suitable for children.
The second bedroom has a double bed and an additional television. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A particular highlight for dog owners is the approximately 1,800 m² natural property.
A large part of the garden is fully fenced, with the fence measuring around 110 cm in height.
This allows dogs to move around more freely during the stay. Up to 3 dogs are welcome.
Dog beds, bowls and two foldable dog crates are also available.
Cats are not permitted. Families with children will also find plenty of space around the house.
The garden includes a swing, sandbox and trampoline. Garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the peaceful location surrounded by nature. 2 private parking spaces are available directly at the house. Numerous paths through the forests begin around Hus Jorgentorp.
Walks and hikes of several kilometres are possible directly from the house without having to drive anywhere first.
In late summer and autumn, the surrounding forests also offer good opportunities for picking berries and mushrooms. Lake Löften, around 800 metres away, is suitable for swimming, paddling and relaxing hours by the water. The location is also well suited for day trips.
Emmaboda, with shops, restaurants and other facilities, is approximately 9 kilometres away.
The well-known Kingdom of Crystal around Kosta is also within easy reach.
Further excursions can be made to the IKEA Museum in Älmhult, Kalmar, the Baltic Sea coast or Karlskrona. Hus Jorgentorp is a non-smoking holiday home. Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption. One basket of firewood for the wood-burning stove is included.
Additional firewood is available if required. A refundable security deposit of €250 is required for the stay. Hus Jorgentorp is ideal for guests looking for a small holiday home in Småland with a secluded location, fenced property, wood-burning stove and fast internet.

Wir haben uns im Hus Jørgentorp wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt.
Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und inmitten der schönen Natur. Bis zum schönen See sind es nur knapp 900m.
Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Einfache ankommen und die Seele baumeln lassen ☺️

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war für mich noch schöner als beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, super ausgestattet (es wirklich an nichts gefehlt!) und die Umgebung war wundervoll. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Die...
