The hamlet of Brès is located on an exceptional geological vein with ochre and pink hues, earning this Ardèche area the nickname "Little Tuscany," in the Ardèche foothills. Your mazet is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, orchards, and crossed by many springs. You enjoy an exceptional landscape, opening widely to the south and offering views of numerous mountains, including Serre de Barre, an iconic mountain that, on its other side, shelters Lozère. You also benefit from the coolness of the high plateaus to the west. This rental offers quality amenities.
Built with ecological materials, it is a true cocoon of comfort, beneficial for your well-being. The house is ideal for nature lovers and anyone sensitive to an environmentally friendly lifestyle. It is equipped with a plant-based water purification system, solar panels for electricity production, and a natural swimming pool.
This pool, located 50 meters from the Mazet, is accessible 4 hours per day. Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price and remains your responsibility.
However, it can be booked as an option for an extra fee, to be arranged directly with the host on site.
