On the ground floor, you will find the sauna and bathroom area with a large, walk-in rain shower as well as the open living space.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: from the built-in oven and modern extractor hood to the large dishwasher and extensive cooking utensils, everything you could wish for is provided.

The spacious living area with a sofa bed (easily unfolded with slatted frame and mattress 140x200) and a large dining table offers space for unforgettable evenings with family, friends and children.

Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, each with a box spring bed or double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200), as well as a bathroom with bathtub.

Underfloor heating, combined with the thick masonry and mullioned windows, ensures a pleasant and ecological indoor climate.

The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels (initial supply) are ready for you.
