Bright 100 m² house in a peaceful setting, fully renovated, furnished, and equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a living area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus another bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A spacious bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine with air conditioning complete the upper floor. Outside, enjoy a private entrance, parking, and a separate plot.

There is a pond for fishing, a pétanque court, and a basketball hoop.

The heated, covered pool is perfect for relaxing (open and heated from May 20 to mid-October) and is available for your use throughout your stay. The house is located in Contres, 3 km from the town center with shops, a pool with hydrobubbles, and a biscuit shop.

It is in the heart of the Loire castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau), near Beauval Zoo, Cheverny Golf, Amboise Castle, Clos Lucé, the Mini-Châteaux Park, and the Touraine Aquarium. Small pets are welcome. Bed linen is included.

Towels are available on request for an extra charge.

La maison était climatisée (il faisait extrêmement chaud dehors) l'hôte a été très prévenant et sympathique, toujours prêt à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Environnement très calme et délicieux au milieu d'un parc verdoyant. Excellent séjour.

Panne de secteur due a un orage. Notre hôte nous a immédiatement fourni des éclairages de secours. Cela n'a pas affecté la qualité de notre séjour.
