Located in Sainte-Léocadie, this charming 28 m² apartment offers you a peaceful retreat in a quiet countryside residence surrounded by nature.
The warm space accommodates up to three guests with one bedroom and one bathroom, ensuring all the comfort you need for your mountain stay.
Enjoy private Wi-Fi, a television, and convenient self check-in, while the mountain view creates a serene atmosphere. Relax on your private balcony and savor meals prepared on the barbecue as you admire the natural surroundings.
A shared playground is also available to enhance your stay. Parking spaces are available on the street or on the property.
Events are not permitted on site.
A shared, locked cellar is at your disposal for storing bicycles. The location places you just 8 km from the Spanish border and Puigcerdà, 20 km from the Font Romeu ski slopes, and 40 km from Pas de la Casa in Andorra, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided.
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. If your stay is during winter, please plan to arrive a little earlier to turn on the heating in the apartment.
