Posizionata in zona residenziale tranquilla a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro. Comoda con fermata dell’autobus sotto casa, spiaggia e supermercato a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Ottima la piscina condominiale, pulita e tranquilla.
