There are 2 parking spaces inside the property, and pets are welcome. Villa Caty boasts a privileged location: near the Guadiaro River (San Pablo), ideal for walks and hiking routes, and just a 30-minute drive from Sotogrande’s beaches, where you can enjoy the sea, golf, and the coastal atmosphere. La amplitud , la camas son muy cómodas,. Tienen además todos los utensilios necesarios. Y el jardín es precioso con mucho mobiliario para poder disfrutralo
