The house is about 15 minutes from Narbonne, 30 km from the Mediterranean, and 40 minutes from Carcassonne. Outdoors, enjoy your own private space designed for sunny days: a refreshing pool reserved for guests, pétanque court, large charcoal barbecue, and a terrace for al fresco dining.
There’s also a bike garage—perfect for exploring the Canal du Midi and the surrounding area. Inside, the gîte offers 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 shower rooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.
The house also features a balcony with countryside views.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, and towels are included; beds are made up for your arrival.
