Located in the heart of the old village, in the pedestrian streets and just a stone's throw from Boramar Beach and the historic church bell tower, this charming one-bedroom house is located on the first and second floors of a typical Collioure village house.
Thanks to its location, you'll only have to push open the front door to enjoy the restaurants and shops.
Accommodating four people, it features a living/dining room, a sofa bed, and a small equipped kitchen on the first floor.
It has a separate toilet, and on the second floor, two bedrooms, each with a small balcony, and a bathroom. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful region! Bed dimensions: One 140x200cm bed Two 80x200cm beds Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. OPTIONAL services upon request: - End-of-stay cleaning: €150 - 90cm bedding set: €14.90 (unit price per bed) - 140/160cm bedding set: €17.90 (unit price per bed) - Towel set: €8.90 (includes a bath towel and a hand towel) A deposit of €700 will be required for the accommodation.
